get to know CHAD:
Chad developed a passion for photography at a young age where he used his allowance money to purchase film and quickly discovered a natural talent for capturing the world around him. After a skateboarding injury at the age of 16, Chad sought a way to stay connected to the action sports industry he loved while sidelined. He turned back to photography, capturing images of his friends and life as a teenager in Southern California. By the age of 18, he landed his first paid advertisement and embarked on a journey into a career where he had the creative freedom to shoot photos daily and expand his network, capturing more high-profile advertisements along the way.

Chad's career took a new direction when he entered the real estate industry, beginning his career as the staff photographer for a top-producing real estate team in San Diego. He since has been privileged to start his own photography company with a specialization in luxury properties and real estate. His work consists of $2 billion+ of listings and commercial campaigns, expanding across California and the Southwest United States.
Currently based in San Diego, Chad lives with his wife, Jessica, and their four pets.
